During the Christmas Lighting Ceremony, Am-Sino Healthcare and Ms. Bonnie Chen (Chen Bige) announced the official launch of the Am-Sino & Star Bunny Love public welfare project for special needs children. As the Child Ambassador for Am-Sino Healthcare, Ms. Chen will collaborate with the organization to promote professional medical care, art therapy, actively supporting mental health initiatives for children and providing support for those in need.

The Christmas Lighting Ceremony, a traditional event for Am-Sino Healthcare, took on deeper significance this year with the addition of Shanghai LIH Olivia's Place to the Am-Sino family. We are also honored to announce that philanthropist Ms. Chen has officially become the Child Ambassador for Am-Sino Healthcare. She will join forces with her 13-year-old nonprofit organization, Star Bunny Love, to bring more warmth and hope to the care of special needs children.

Star Bunny Love is an organization rooted in environmentalism and compassion. The stars symbolize hope; the rabbit represents each participant; and love is the bond that connects everyone. Many families with special needs children have consulted us, asking, "Where should we go for early diagnosis and intervention?" This year, we are finally welcoming professional medical support! We are excited to partner with Am-Sino Healthcare to provide dual support through art and medical care. Here, all children in need will receive gentle care, and every family will feel the light of hope.

Injecting Rehabilitation Resources into Public Welfare

Am-Sino Healthcare was founded in 2003 and, through over 20 years of dedicated service, has welcomed 20,000 new lives and served over one million patients. Our medical safety and quality control indicators consistently remain at the forefront of the industry. Our healthcare services have expanded from maternity and pediatrics to family health, offering comprehensive health protection throughout all life stages. Currently, we operate one hospital, three general outpatient clinics, one pediatric clinic, and one postpartum center in Shanghai.


Shanghai LIH Olivia's Place is a core institution dedicated to the development of special needs children. We provide evidence-based medical solutions tailored to individual needs, helping to enhance children's abilities and improve family quality of life. is a key implementing partner of the "Shanghai Sunshine Baby Card" children's rehabilitation support program, an initiative designed to offer specialized rehabilitation services to children under 16 years who suffer from intellectual, auditory, physical, visual impairments, or autism spectrum disorders. Following an assessment, individuals who satisfy the eligibility criteria are entitled to receive financial assistance. Shanghai LIH Olivia's Place has served over 5,000 children, accumulating more than 80,000 hours of treatment, with a rehabilitation goal achievement rate of 81%.


Our services cover areas such as developmental delays, autism, language disorders, and ADHD. Through early nurturing, assessment, intervention, rehabilitation treatment, and integrated medical education, we comprehensively support children's growth.


Am-Sino Healthcare is committed to enhancing the accessibility of high-quality rehabilitation services for children, creating a more inclusive, supportive, and joyful environment filled with love. By partnering with Star Bunny Love, we aim to inject international-standard rehabilitation resources into public welfare, providing professional intervention and support to more children with special needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they deserve.

Am-Sino Healthcare will donate professional medical support valued at 300,000 RMB, covering assessment, screening, and rehabilitation intervention services for children with special needs, including but not limited to developmental delays.


Additionally, we will collaborate with Child Ambassador Bonnie Chen to provide comprehensive support for the rehabilitation journey of special needs children through family salons, art therapy, and various other initiatives.

Assistance Criteria: 

This program is aimed at children aged 0-12 who have not yet received any rehabilitation services, including but not limited to newly diagnosed children or those with the following characteristics requiring early identification and screening confirmation:

  • Developmental delays

  • Autism spectrum disorders

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Other cognitive, social, or emotional development difficulties

Priority Support

This public welfare program prioritizes assistance for economically disadvantaged families and children who have not received treatment through other programs, ensuring that resources reach those most in need.
